Order Processing / Order Fulfillment:
Our Order Processing times can take anywhere from 1-4 Business Days, plus we ask our customers to allow at least 2-10 business days for shipping since we ship all orders UPS Ground.

Back Orders and Back Order Processing:
*Please Note: We are not responsible for manufacturer product back orders, manufacturing delays and delivery delays since many of the manufacturers are themselves occasionally 1-3 months behind in production of some of their products.

Many of the different products that you will find our website are normally available, but there are products that might not be as quickly available due to very high demand.

Unfortunately we do not control the back order situations with certain manufacturers, but we will do our utmost to get your products to you as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

Since we have to make order commitments with the various manufacturers and distributors for back ordered products, we also require a small commitment from our customers.

For any products valued at $250 or more that is currently not in stock, we will charge your credit card 10% (Non-Refundable) deposit of the total product sales price (not including shipping or sales tax) to ensure the customers commitment towards purchasing the back ordered product.

Special Order Products:
For Any Special Order Products that we do not stock or show for sale on our website, we will charge your credit card the full cost of the product and any shipping charges at the time we receive your order.  We will be informed by the Addax Tactical Team that your Credit Card will be charged before we process your Special Order.  We will provide you an ETA when you place your order with us.

We will notify you via email and/or phone within 24-48 hours if a product in your order is back ordered with the manufacturer

We will notify you and obtain your authorization to keep your order active and to order any back ordered products on your order, and to charge your credit card (if required) for the 10% non refundable deposit.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:
Addax Tactical utilizes UPS for virtually all of our shipments, and we use USPS (US Postal Service) on occasion if necessary.  Through our personal experience, USPS has much lower shipping rates, but USPS also has a tendency to lose more shipments vs. UPS.

We would rather have happy customers with products delivered vs. having upset customers with no products delivered and dealing with USPS Insurance Claims.

Addax Tactical usually ships all of our orders UPS Ground, unless otherwise specified on your order by you at checkout (shipping options are available).

It has been our experience that UPS Ground Shipping can take anywhere from 2-12 business/transit days for delivery (depending where you are located).

Addax Tactical does offer other shipping options such as UPS 2nd day and UPS Next Day Delivery on our website during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, acts of god, national emergencies, natural disasters, and any other situation which is outside of our control.

We offer the most current shipping rates and all of our shipments are shipped with insurance already included, just in case the shipment is lost, stolen or damaged during shipment. 

Please Note: Due to some customers who live in rural hard to reach areas, UPS does not offer all types of shipment options to all addresses.  If you have selected a certain shipping option (such as Overnight Shipping) and UPS cannot provide this type of option for you, we will contact you and let you know what shipping options are available to you.

Additional Shipping Information:
We have to be honest here, we have seen and heard many horrible shipping stories, from products being lost in transit, to products being stolen during transit, and of course products being damaged during transit.  The Good News is that UPS has shipping insurance from which we provide you the option of selecting with every order.

If for any reason your shipment is lost, stolen or damaged during shipping, your shipment is insured and we will work with UPS to resolve these types of claims.

We ask our customers to provide us as much information, and details as possible including pictures of damaged boxes and products when we process these types of claims.  UPS investigates any and all insurance claims.  These types of claims typically take 30 days to resolve, but it can sometimes take longer due to circumstances outside of our control.

Due to restrictions on many of the products we sell and ship, Addax Tactical only ships within the Continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, and Military FPO/APO addresses only.  No International Shipments.
  
A physical street address is required for all UPS shipments and deliveries.

UPS does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and US Holidays, so please take this into consideration when you are trying to estimate your Shipment ETA.

Addax Tactical has a daily shipping cutoff of 3:30pm, so if you place an order with us at anytime after 3:30pm Monday – Friday, your shipment will ship out the next business day if we have your product(s) in stock.

Shipping Prices are subject to change without notice from UPS.

Delivery to carrier constitutes delivery to customer.

Shipping charges are normally Non-Refundable, unless Addax Tactical makes an error with your shipment (i.e. we input the incorrect address or we ship using the incorrect shipping type specified on your order), then Addax Tactical will refund you the shipping.
