Addax Tactical will honor manufacturers’ product warranties (where applicable) and we will do what we can in our power to help our customers out with any of their concerns and / or issues with any products and services that are purchased from us.
Addax Tactical is not responsible for manufacturer’s product defects or lack of service / support from the manufacturer.
Return & Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST CONTACT ADDAX TACTICAL AND RECEIVE A RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) FIRST BEFORE RETURNING ANY PRODUCTS

New Product Returns:

Any New Product(s) Returns that are authorized by Addax Tactical must be returned within 7 business days from date of delivery.

Any customer wishing to return an unused / unopened product must receive an Addax Tactical RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping any product(s) back to Addax Tactical.

Any Product that is returned unopened and unused within 5 business days of delivery, we will refund the customer 100% of the product cost, minus any shipping and handling fees (no restocking fee). Product must not be opened and all Product Packaging and any Product Materials must be returned in original condition.

A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for any open products returned on cancelled orders.

We will not charge any customers a restocking fee for any orders that are returned due to any mistakes or errors caused by Addax Tactical on your order.

Refunds will be for the Product Cost Only (minus any restocking fees). No shipping, handling and shipping insurance costs will be refunded. If Addax Tactical made an error on your order we will then also credit you the shipping and handling costs.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges; Addax Tactical will not pay for return shipping charges, unless Addax Tactical makes a mistake on your order.

Addax Tactical will not authorize the return of any New Special Order / Custom Order Product(s).

Please allow 7-10 business days for any refunds, (after we have received your return and we have verified the return products).
Used & Clearance Product Returns:
Defective Products:

All New Products are covered under a manufacturer warranty.

Addax Tactical is not responsible for Manufacturer Products that are Defective.

It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer for product warranty claims. Addax Tactical will do what we can to assist our customer's claims with the manufaturer.

Any Addax Tactical Manufactured / Assembled / Labeled Products are covered Directly by Addax Tactical.
Shipping Damaged Returns:
This only applies to orders that have insured shipping selected.
Addax Tactical uses UPS and occasionally USPS (US Postal Service) for shipping.
Since Addax Tactical has to put a claim in for Shipping Damage with UPS or USPS we need to have the following from the customer:

Pictures of the Damaged Box / Packaging and the Damaged Products(s).

A detailed description of the damage(s).

The Damaged Products need to be returned to Addax Tactical within 7 business days from date of delivery.
Shipping Damage Claims can take up to 30 business days to process and complete with UPS or USPS. Shipping Damage Refunds / Exchanges do not include any return shipping, shipping insurance costs or handling / processing fees.
Addax Tactical is not responsible for any shipping damages incurred during shipping with UPS or USPS.
Lost Shipments:
If your shipment is lost, and you selected insured shipping for your order, the lost claim will be submitted to the designated shipper. Please allow up to 30-45 days to process your lost claim with the designated shipper. Addax Tactical is not responsible for any lost shipments.
